dc.description	The study examined the humanitarian role of non-governmental organizations in the armed conflict in order to clarify the concept, origin and types of international and national NGOs to highlight aspects of protection and promotion of rights. The importance of research is that it addresses the humanitarian role of non-governmental organizations in armed conflict. These organizations protect and promote human and peoples' rights in the world, in accordance with the international standards adopted by the United Nations and the relevant international covenants and covenants. The problem that the research addresses is to know what the role of the organizer is. The role of the non-governmental organization in the field of human rights protection through its international and national organization, and to what extent it contributed to the protection of human rights during the armed conflict. What are the difficulties and problems in the course of its work and the study of the problem of research? The analytical descriptive approach was followed with the historical documentary approach. The main findings of the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) are the set of human values recognized by the international community and the means and mechanisms for the application of international humanitarian law. The study recommends strengthening the role of ethical NGOs in international law by spreading awareness and developing religious beliefs to create a balance in the international community, guarantee the freedom of association and the establishment of youth institutions and organizations, and lift restrictions on their independence and the establishment of institutions of society. dc.description.abstract	تناولت الدراسة الدور الإنسانى للمنظمات غير الحكومية فى النزاع المسلح بهدف إيضاح مفهوم المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية والوطنية ونشأتها وأنواعها، إبراز جوانب الحماية وتعزيز الحقوق ، وتكمن أهمية البحث في انه يتطرق إلى الدور الإنسانى للمنظمات غير الحكومية فى النزاع المسلح من أجدر موضوعات حماية وتعزيز حقوق الانسان فهدف هذه المنظمات إلى حماية حقوق الإنسان والشعوب وتعزيزها فى العالم، طبقا للمعايير الدولية التى أقرتها الأمم المتحدة والمواثيق والعهود الدولية المعنية، والإشكالية التي يتطرق إليها البحث تكمن في معرفة ماهية الدور الذى تقوم به المنظمات غير الحكومية فى مجال حماية حقوق الانسان من خلال تنظيمها الدولى والوطنى والى أى مدى ساهمت فى حماية حقوق الانسان اثناء النزاع المسلح وماهى الصعوبات والمشاكل التى تعترض مسيرة عملهاولدراسة اشكالية البحث إتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع المنهج الوثائقى التاريخي بجمع المعلومات من الاتفاقيات والكتب والوثائق والدراسات وتحليلها، وقد إقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه الى ثلاث فصول الفصل الأول مفهوم المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية والوطنية، والفصل الثانى حماية ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة، الفصل الثالث دور المنظمات الدولية والوطنية فى النزاعات المسلحة، ومن أهم النتائج التى توصلت اليها أن الوسائل والآليات لتطبيق القانون الدولي الإنساني والمخصصة لحماية ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة الدولية ليست فاعلة في أداء واجبها، توصي الدراسة بتدعيم دور المنظمات غير الحكومية الأخلاقي في القانون الدولي بنشر الوعي وتنمية الوازع الديني لإشاعة التوازن في المجتمع الدولي، وختاماً ذيل البحث بفهارس المصادر والمراجع.	en_US
