Abstract:

جاء هذا البحث بعنوان " التنظيم القانونى لمواقع التواصل الإجتماعى وأثرها على أحكام الزواج والطلاق " بهدف معرفة أنواع وأسماء بعض مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الأكثر تأثيرا على المجتمع، والتعرف على مدى تأثير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على المجتمع سواء كان ذلك بالسلب أم بالإيجاب، لتحقيق هذا الهدف إتبع الباحث المنهج التاريخى الاستقرائي والوصفى التحليلى المقارن ببيان المادة ثم تحليلها للتوصل لنتائج محددة ، وتكمن مشكلة البحث فى قضية إستخدام شبكات التواصل الإجتماعى على الوجه الصحيح، لهذا قسمت البحث الى ثلاثة فصول الأول تناولت فيه مفهوم مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي ونشأتها وأنواعها وتنظيمها القانوني والحماية الجنائية، وفى الثانى تأثير وسائل التواصل الإجتماعى على المجتمع، اما الفصل الأخير فكان عن أثر استخدام مواقع التواصل الإجتماعى على أحكام الزواج والطلاق، من أهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها أن التوسع في قبول الصداقات بين الرجال والنساء على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعى له آثار وخيمة، ووجود تأثيرات سلبية لمواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعى على علاقة الأبناء بأسرهم بسبب "تقليلها للحوار الشخصى التفاعلى بين أفراد الأسرة، وأن استخدام مواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعى قد أدى إلى تغيير أو تعديل سلوك الشباب للأسوأ بسبب "جعلهم فى عزلة عن المحيط الأسرى" ومن أهم التوصيات توعية الشباب بالجانب السلبي لاستخدام وسائل الاتصال عن طريق وسائل الإعلام المختلفة المسموع منها والمقروء، وملاحظة الدور الذي باتت تلعبه بعض وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتأثير بعضها السلبي الواضح على أفراد المجتمع وخاصة فئة الشباب، وتفعيل دور الأسرة في الرقابة على الأبناء في حالات امتلاك الهواتف النقالة خاصة طلاب المدارس، وتوجيههم الوجهة الصحيحة أثناء استهلاك واستقبال ما تنتجه هذه الوسائل، والتقنين وتنظيم الوقت، وحسن توزيعه دون أن يغلب الوقت الذي يخصص لاستهلاك ما تطرحه هذه الوسائل على حساب الواجبات والالتزامات الأخرى، ثم ذيل
