dc.description	This study, entitled "International Mechanisms and Means for the Protection of Human Rights in Islamic Jurisprudence and the Law - A Comparative Study" aims to demonstrate the importance of human rights and their role in preserving human dignity, rights and freedoms in order to enjoy decent living. The reason for choosing this topic is the violation of human rights in many international societies, In this era, the problem of research is how to apply human rights and put them on the ground and in what means and mechanisms that help in the preservation of human rights. In the writing of this research I will follow the documentary historical method of collecting information, Analytical loyalty whenever possible, and the nature of the research required to divide by three chapters, Where the first chapter entitled "The concept of human rights and historical roots and their importance, characteristics and classification", The second chapter, entitled "The concept of international protection of human rights, their sources, importance and development" The third chapter was entitled "Mechanisms, Means and Guarantees of Human Rights". In conclusion, the researcher reached the most important conclusions and recommendations. The most important results were that human rights help to preserve the dignity of the human being and to manifest his rights and public freedoms. The most important recommendations in the recommendation of the international community to monitor human rights and non-violation and drop them to the ground, and then the search was ended by Index of sources and references.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت البحث وسائل وآليات الحماية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية حقوق الإنسان ودورها في حفظ كرامة الإنسان وحقوقه وحرياته حتى ينعم بالعيش الكريم وحيث كان سبب إختياري للموضوع انتهاك حقوق الإنسان في كثير من المجتمعات الدولية ولاسيما في عصرنا هذا، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في كيفية تطبيق حقوق الإنسان وإنزالها على أرض الواقع وفي ماهية الوسائل والآليات التي تساعد في حفظ حقوق الإنسان، وإتبعت في كتابة هذا البحث المنهج التاريخي الاستردادي الوثائقي في جمع المعلومات، وكذلك المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي كلما أمكن ذلك، وإقتضت طبيعة البحث أن أقسمه إلى ثلاثة فصول، حيث جاء الفصل الأول بعنوان "مفهوم حقوق الإنسان والجذور التاريخية وأهميتها وخصائصها وتصنيفها"، ثم جاء الفصل الثاني بعنوان " أركان حقوق الإنسان ومفهوم الحماية الدولية لها ومصادرها وأهميتها وتطورها "، أما الفصل الثالث جاء بعنوان "آليات ووسائل وضمانات حقوق الإنسان"، وختاماً توصل الباحث إلى أهم النتائج والتوصيات، حيث كانت من أهم النتائج أن حقوق الإنسان تساعد في حفظ كرامة الإنسان وإظهار حقوقه وحرياته العامة وبذلك يعيش الإنسان في سعادة وهناء دون مشقة وتعب، كما جاءت أهم التوصيات في توصيه المجتمع الدولي بمراقبة حقوق الإنسان وعدم انتهاكها وإنزالها إلى أرض الواقع، ثم ذيل البحث بفهرس المصادر والمراجع.	en_US
