dc.description	The study aims to investigate the interference of mother tongue among learners of English language. The study was conducted in the university of Elimam El-mehadi in the faculty of Arts and Humanities 3rd year students .The sample of the study was ( 40) students, (20) male and (20) female. The study hypotheses that the mother tongue interference among these groups has its own effect on the sentence structure of L2. The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data so as to clarify the effect that resulted from these groups. The results were analysied and discussed. It proved that mother tongue affected L2 structure. The study was concluded with some recommendations.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة إلى التحقق من تدخل اللغة الأم لدى متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية. أجريت الدراسة في جامعة الإمام المهدي في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية لطلبة السنة الثالثة. كانت عينة الدراسة (40) طالباً وطالبة (20) ذكور و (20) إناث. تفترض الدراسة أن تداخل اللغة الأم بين هذه المجموعات له تأثيره الخاص على بنية الجملة في L2. استخدم الباحث الإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات لتوضيح التأثير الناتج عن هذه المجموعات. تم تحليل النتائج ومناقشتها. ثبت أن اللغة الأم أثرت على بنية L2. اختتمت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات.	en_US
