Abstract:
أجريت هذه الدراسة بغرض التعرف على بعض العادات والتقاليد في القارة الافريقية ، خاصة تلك التي تتعلق بالميلاد، الموت والزواج . ثم خلصت الدراسة الى بعض التوصيات مثل : قراءة الأدب الأفريقي سيما تلك الروايات التي ألفها الكاتب النيجيري Chinua Achebe.
بالإضافة الى التوصل الى بعض النتائج مثل : ذلك التأثير الواضح الذي خلفه الاحتلال عقب وصوله للقارة الافريقية الأمر الذي نتج عنه تلاشي بعض العادات والتقاليد التي كان يتمسك بها الأفارقة.
استخدم الباحث الطريقة التحليلية في التعامل مع المعلومات المتعلقة بالبحث . يحتوي الجزء الاخير من البحث على مجموعة من النقاط التي توصل اليها الباحث وبعض الاقتراحات والمراجع .
Description:
This study intends to show some of the African customs and traditions , included the customs that related to birth, death, marriage, as well as their effect among people .The researcher recommends to read about the African literature in general, and about Achebe's novels in particular. In addition the researcher came across some findings like : some of these customs were vanished as a result of the influence of the colonization .
The researcher has used the analytical method to process the data that has been collected about the African literature and customs and traditions , then he analyzed them. The researcher also came across the findings that Achebe reflected how the colonizers destroyed the African society . They used a peaceful way to dominate the African continent , then they changed their policy into a cruel one .
The researcher also provided suggestions and references .
