dc.description	The aim of this research is to clarify the concept of the new world order, what it is, and its impact on international peace and security, and its role in the adaptation of non-loyal regimes, especially those of the Arab region. Its importance is represented in the desire to know ways to address issues that threaten human security, especially security, political and human rights due to their strong link to international peace and security. It also seeks to solve the problem represented by the following question: Does the right of humanitarian intervention raise a legal and political problem in the concept of global security and who is the international body that has the right to intervene, when, where, and how to intervene? In this research, I reached several conclusions, including the current stage that does not qualify for a unilateral American system. The great technical development of the American society in all fields, especially means of communication and information transmission, is one of the most important tools for conflict management and control over the world. I have also reached in this research several recommendations, including that the new world order that is sought to be established and applied must be accompanied by the establishment of a new global economic order based on justice and equality between countries. The new world order must seek to solve the debt problem of third world countries a radical solution in order to help in Extend international peace and security as development and political stability are two sides of the same coin. فهرس الموضوعات	en_US
dc.description.abstract	بهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح مفهوم النظام العالمي الجديد وماهيته وأثره على السلم والأمن الدوليين ودوره في تطويع الأنظمة غير الموالية وخصوصاً أنظمة المنطقة العربية . وقد تمثلت أهميته في الرغبة في التعرف على طرق معالجة القضايا التي تهدد الأمن البشري وخاصة الأمنية والسياسية وحقوق الإنسان لارتباطها القوي بالسلم والأمن الدوليين . كما يسعى لحل المشكلة المتمثلة في السؤال التالي : هل حق التدخل الإنساني طرح إشكالية قانونية وسياسية في مفهوم الأمن العالمي ومن هي الجهة الدولية التي يحق لها التدخل ومتى وأين وكيف تتدخل ؟ وقد توصلت في هذا البحث إلى عدة نتائج ومنها المرحلة الحالية لا تؤهل لنظام أمريكي أحادي كما أن التطور التقني الكبير للمجتمع الأمريكي في كافة المجالات وخاصة وسائل الاتصال ونقل المعلومات يعد أحد أميز أدوات إدارة الصراع والسيطرة على العالم . كما أنني قد توصلت في هذا البحث لعدة توصيات ومنها أن النظام العالمي الجديد المنشود ترسيخه وتطبيقه لا بد أن يواكبه قيام نظام اقتصادي عالمي جديد يقوم على العدل والمساواة بين الدول ، على النظام العالمي الجديد أن يسعى لحل مشكلة ديون دول العالم الثالث حلا جذرياً وذلك للمساعدة في بسط السلم والأمن الدوليين إذ أن التنمية والاستقرار السياسي وجهان لعملة واحدة .
