Abstract:

هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن العلاقة ما بين اضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة وبعض سمات الشخصية لدى جرحى العلميات في مستشفى السلاح الطبي – أم درمان. وتكونت عينة البحث من (100) فرد من جرحى العمليات، ثم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، واعتمد الباحث مقياسي إضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة ومقياس سمات الشخصية لدي أيزنك وكانت الأبعاد هي (الإبنساط والإنطواء والذهانية والعصابية) وإستخدم المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي وتم استخدم برنامج (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات وإستخدم الباحث عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية منها إختبار ألفا كرونباخ ومعامل الإرتباط وإختبار (T) ثم توصل الباحث إلي النتائج الآتية: يتسم إضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدي جرحي العمليات بمستشفي السلاح الطبي أم درمان بالإنخفاض، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدي جرحي العمليات بمستشفي السلاح الطبي بأم درمان تبعاً لمتغير العمر لصالح الأكبر سناً، توجد فروق في إضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدي جرحي العمليات بمستشفي السلاح الطبي بأم درمان تعزي لمتغير الرتب العسكرية لصالح الرقيب والرقيب أول وفي نهاية البحث لخص الباحث بعض التوصيات منها: معرفة الاسباب الاساسية المؤدية الي إضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة والعمل علي مداركته والوقاية منه حتي يصبح المجتمع معافاة من هذه الظاهرة. ضرورة إجراء فحص دوري كإجراء وقائي حتي لا تتطور وتتفاقم الامراض والاضطرابات من بسيطة يسهل علاجها الي معقدة مزمنة يصعب السيطرة عليها. توعية المرضي وزويهم والمجتمع عامة بحقيقة المرض النفسي والعقلي وعلاجه والوقاية منه بإقامة المحاضرات والندوات وورش العمل عبر المنابر العامة وخصوصآ وسائل الاتصال الجماهيري من إذاعة وتلفاز وغيره . وبعض المقترحات بدراسات مستقبلية منها: إجراء دراسات أخرى للتعرف علي اضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة علي عينات أكبر حجما من عينة البحث الحالي. إجراء دراسة تهدف إلي بناء برنامج علاجي نفسي لتخفيف درجة الأعراض الاضطرابية للضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدى جرحي العمليات. إجراء دراسة إرتباطية للكشف عن العلاقة بين الشخصية المصابة باضطراب ضغوط ما بعد الصدمة وبعض المتغيرات النفسية الأخري كالاتجاهات نحو التطرف والميول وغيره.

The current research aims at uncovering the relationship between post traumatic stress disorder and some personality traits among the wounded in the medical weapons hospital - Omdurman. The researcher used the measures of post-traumatic stress disorder and the personality traits of Ayznek. The dimensions were (inclinations, introversion, mental and neurotic), and the descriptive descriptive method was used. The SPSS program was used, The researcher used a number of statistical methods, including the Alpha Kronbach test, the correlation coefficient, and the T test, and the researcher reached the following results: The post-traumatic stress disorder of the surgical operations at the Medical Hospital of Omdurman is low, there are statistically significant differences Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders At the Amdurman Medical Armory Hospital, according to the age variable, there are differences in the post-traumatic stress disorder of the operating wounds at the Uderman Medical Armor Hospital in support of the military rank variable in favor of the sergeant and sergeant. Recommendations: To know the main reasons leading to post-traumatic stress disorder and to work on its perception and prevention so that society can recover from this phenomenon. The need for periodic examination as a preventive measure so as not to develop and worsen diseases and disorders from simple to easy to treat chronic complex difficult to control. To sensitize patients, their families and society in general to the reality of psychological and mental illness, treatment and prevention by holding lectures, seminars and workshops through public platforms, especially the means of mass communication of radio, television and others. And some of the proposals for future studies, including: Studies to identify the post-traumatic stress disorder on larger samples than the current research sample. Conducting a study aimed at building a psychological therapy program to reduce the degree of irritable symptoms of PTSD in patients with surgical injuries. Conducting a correlation study to reveal the relationship between the personality affected by post traumatic stress disorder and some other psychological variables such as trends towards extremism, tendencies and others.
