dc.description	That the research shows the relationship between international humanitarian law and international human rights law, and that the research problem is whether the two laws are independent or complementary? The importance of the research lies in the fact that the human being is honored in all legislations. One of the objectives of the research is to identify how the two laws are applied and mechanisms. I have followed the historical retrospective approach to documenting, and among the results is that international humanitarian law protects human rights in the event of war, and that international human rights law protects human rights in The state of war and peace, and that the recommendations: We suggest that the teaching of the subject of international humanitarian law be included in the curricula of the Sudanese military colleges, and we believe that it is necessary that the Sudanese Armed Forces Law of 2007 include the amendment of 2013 CE and the Criminal Law of 1991 CE the text of the crimes stipulated in the Rome Statute, concerning the definition of Genocide and crimes against humanity.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	أن البحث يظهر العلاقة بين القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وأن مشكلة البحث هل هي القانونين مستقلان أم متكاملان؟ وتكمن أهمية البحث بأن الإنسان محل تكريم في كل التشريعات، من أهداف البحث التعرف على كيفية تطبيق وآليات القانونين، فلقد إتبعت المنهج التاريخي الإستردادي الوثائقي، ومن النتائج أن القانون الدولي الإنساني يحمي حقوق الإنسان في حالة الحرب، وأن القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان يحمي حقوق الإنسان في حالة الحرب والسلم، وأن التوصيات: نقترح إدخال تدريس مادة القانون الدولي الإنساني ضمن مناهج الكليات العسكرية السودانية، ونري ان من الضروري أن يتضمن قانون القوات المسلحة السوداني لسنة 2007م تعديل 2013م والقانون الجنائي لسنة 1991م النص على الجرائم المنصوص عليها في نظام روما الأساسي، الخاص بتعريف جريمة الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية.	en_US
