dc.description	The research dealt with Sudanese – I ranian relations during the period ( 1974-2009). This research is a serions attempt aimed at clar ifying the points of cooper ationand taking advantage of the Possibilities and the cultural and cultural dimension of two countries ahich is related to the Political and economic reality . The research dealt with the internal factors in Sudan and Iran and the regional and international external factors ahich played a major role in stimulating re Latinos between the two countries . the study aims to know the history of civilizational and economic development in Sudan and Iran to link them to some aspects of African –Asian relations . The choice of Sudan and Iran was mode /both of which were civilized .the researcher relied on the Study of reports barks , references, references, University letters , periodicals and the international in for motion the researcher also used several approaches in his study which included the his for rcal approach and des eruptive analytical. Method . the study came out with number of results the mast important in the Horn of Africa through Sudan with its stra tegic location and exit from its international isolation . the study also made several he commendation including that the Sudan should re consider the nature and quality of its relations with Iran in a way that dose not account for Sudan’s relations with its Arab environment especially the if which requires consideration of the best options good relations with Iran while remaining a safe clearance dose not affect the relations of Sudan for eign.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولت هذه الرسالة تطور العلاقات السودانية الايرانية من خلال الفترة (1974-2009) . هذا البحث يعتبر محاولة جادة تهدف لتوضح نقاط التعاون والاستفادة من الامكانيات والبعد الحضاري والثقافي لدي البلدين ، وهو نشاط علمي يرتبط بالواقع السياسي والاقتصادي . وتطرق البحث الي العوامل الداخلية في كل من السودان وإيران والعوامل الخارجية " الاقليمية والدولية" التي لعبت دورا كبيرا في تحفيز العلاقات بين البلدين . تهدف الدراسة الي معرفة تاريخ المد الحضاري والثقافي والسياسي والاقتصادي في السودان وإيران وربطهما ببعض في اطار العلاقات الافريقية الاسيوية ، كان اختيار السودان وإيران نموذجا ، السودان وايران كل منهما شكل بعدا حضاريا . اعتمد الباحث في دراسته علي التقارير والكتب والمراجع والرسائل الجامعية والدوريات والشبكة الدولية للمعلومات ، كمصادر ثانوية للحصول علي المعلومات ، كما استخدم الباحث عدة مناهج في دراسته تضمنت المنهج التاريخي ن المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي . خرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج أهمها رغبة ايران الملحة في ايجاد موطئ قدم لها في منطقة القرن الافريقي عبر السودان بموقعه الاستراتيجي والخروج من عزلتها الدولية كذلك خروج البحث بعد توصيات منها علي السودان ان يعيد النظر في ما هية ونوعية علاقاته مع ايران ، بطريقة لا تكون علي حساب علاقات السودان مع محيطه العربي خاصة الخليج ، وهذا ما يتطلب النظر في افضل الخيارات ، باحتفاظ بعلاقات جيدة مع ايران مع البقاء في مسافة امنة بها بصورة لا تؤثر علي علاقات السودان الخارجية .	en_US
