Muhammad Dawakin Kudu, Abdullahi وتقوم هذه الدراسة بالتحقيق في خدمات المكتبة الإلكترونية وموارد المكتبات الجامعية في المنطقة الجغرافية - السياسية الشمالية الغربية في نيجيريا وتقييمها. المنهجية المعتمدة للنتيجة النهائية الجيدة للبحث طريقة البحث الاستقصائية لعدد من المزايا وملاءمة الطريقة لطبيعتها لهذا النوع من البحوث المنفذة. ومن بين مزايا البحوث الاستقصائية حقيقة أن تقنيات أخذ العينات العشوائية يجب أن تلتزم بجميع السكان الذين قيل أن العينة قد رسمت. ومن المزايا الأخرى لبحوث الدراسات الاستقصائية أنه أسرع وأسهل تكلفة لجمع البيانات. ولذلك يركز البحث على الاستفادة من خدمات المكتبة وإمكانية الوصول إليها إلكترونيا، وكيفية تحسين موارد المكتبة الإلكترونية المتاحة وإدارتها من أجل نشر المعلومات بفعالية في المكتبات الجامعية النيجيرية في إحدى المناطق الجغرافية السياسية الست، أي شمال غرب. ويهدف التحقيق إلى إعطاء تعريفات للخدمات الإلكترونية والموارد في المكتبات الجامعية المذكورة أعلاه لأن المكتبات الجامعية هي أعلى المكتبات المؤسسية حيث يتم إجراء بحوث متعمقة. وقد ساد البحث السوابق التعليمية النيجيرية إلى مستوى إنشاء الجامعات جنبا إلى جنب مع المكتبات الجامعية للتعليم والتعلم الفعال. الدراسة على هذا المنوال، ويقيم مدى اعتماد واستخدام الخدمات والموارد الإلكترونية، وأنواع من إدارة المكتبة لينة الأدوات المستخدمة للتحول الإلكتروني في المكتبات الجامعية النيجيرية في المنطقة الشمالية الغربية. بالإضافة إلى ما سبق، ويحدد البحث التحديات التي تواجه المكتبات الجامعية في تحقيق الأهداف المعلنة للوصول الإلكتروني وتقاسم الموارد بين الجامعات النيجيرية مع إشارة خاصة إلى المنطقة الشمالية الغربية من نيجيريا. أجري البحث بافتراض أن المكتبات النيجيرية الشمالية الغربية في الجامعة لديها وعي بأهمية الخدمات الإلكترونية، أن هناك حاجة إلى تعزيز الخدمات الإلكترونية نظرا للتحديات التي تواجه توفير هذه الخدمات. وقد أجري البحث باستنتاجات رئيسية مفادها أن الخدمات الإلكترونية في المكتبات الجامعية في شمال غرب جامعة نيجيريا تستخدم في خدمات المكتبة الفعالة؛ بعض المكتبات الجامعية قد اعتمدت منذ فترة طويلة الخدمات الإلكترونية قبل المكتبات الجامعية الأخرى في المكتبات الجامعية عينات. يختلف الاسم المعطى للوحدات الإلكترونية أو القسم في المكتبات الجامعية في الشمال الغربي، وبعضها يدعى الوحدة الإلكترونية، وبعضها افتراضيا، وبعضها رقمي. وتشمل التوصية المقدمة أن الحكومة النيجيرية ينبغي أن تعطي المزيد من التدخل ماليا أو غير ذلك لمواجهة التحديات القائمة التي تواجه المكتبات الجامعية في المنطقة الشمالية الغربية. وهناك أيضا حاجة إلى أن تكون لدى المكتبات الجامعية النيجيرية تحالف من أجل تقاسم الموارد بصورة فعالة بين المكتبات المتعاونة. ويوصى بشدة بتوفير خدمات الإنترنت الفعالة والتدريب وتدخل الأفراد والمنظمات غير الحكومية. وقد تم استخلاص الاستنتاجات من خلال التأكيد على احتياجات المستوطنين من المزيد من الجامعات في المنطقة الشمالية الغربية، وخاصة الجامعة الخاصة. واقترحت مجال دراسات The study investigates and assesses the adoption and accessing of the electronic library services and resources of university libraries in north-west geo-political zone of Nigeria. The methodology adopted for the good end result of the research the survey research method for the number of advantages and the suitability of the method to nature of this type of research carried-out. Among the advantages of the survey research include the fact that random sampling techniques are to be adhered to the entire population from which the sample was said to have drawn. Another advantage of survey research is that it is faster, in-expensive for data collection. The research therefore, focuses on the utilization and accessing of library services electronically and how better the available electronic library resources are being maintained and managed for effective information dissemination in the Nigerian university libraries of one of the six geo-political zone i.e. north-west. The investigation aims at giving out the definitions of electronic services and resources in the above sampled university libraries because university libraries are the highest institutional libraries where in-depth researches are being carried out. The research prevailed the Nigerian educational antecedents to level of establishing universities along with the university libraries for effective teaching and learning. The study on this vein, assesses the extent of adoption and utilization of electronic services and resources, the types of library management soft-wares used for the electronic transformation in the Nigerian university libraries of the north-west zone. In addition to the above, the research identifies challenges facing the university libraries in achieving the stated objectives of electronic accessing and resource sharing among the Nigerian universties with the particular reference to the north-west zone of Nigeria. the research was conducted with the assumption that includes the Nigerian North-West University libraries have the awareness of the importance of the electronic services, that there is the need for the enhancement of the electronic services due the challenges in the provision of such services. The research was conducted with major findings that the electronic services in the North-West University libraries of Nigeria are used for effective library services; some University libraries have for long adopted the electronic services before other university libraries in the sampled university libraries. The name given to the electronic units or department in the North-West university libraries differs, some named it electronic unit, some virtual, and some digital. The recommendation given include that Nigerian government should give more intervention financially or otherwise to address the existing challenges facing the university libraries in the north-west zone. There is also the need for the Nigerian university libraries to have consortium for effective resource sharing among the cooperating libraries. Provision of effective internet services, training, intervention of individual and the NGOs is highly recommended. Conclusion was drawn by emphasizing for the needs of the stablemen of more universities in the northwest zone, especially the private university. Area of further studies were suggested and proposed. Mon, 01 Jan 2018 00:00:00 GMT http://dspace.mahdi.edu.sd:8080/xmlui//xmlui/handle/123456789/1082 2018-01-01T00:00:00Z http://dspace.mahdi.edu.sd:8080/xmlui//xmlui/handle/123456789/913 المكتبات الجامعية بولاية النيل الابيض وفقا لمعايير الاتحاد العربي للمكتبات والمعلومات (اعلم) محمد العبيد, اميرة يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالمعايير والتقييسات في مجال المكتبات الجامعية والتعريف بالمؤسسات الدولية والاتحادات التي تعني بمعايير المكتبات الجامعية والتركيز على معايير الاتحاد العربي للمكتبات والمعلومات (اعلم) والإشارة إلى مواطن الضعف والخلل في تطبيق هذه المعايير في المكتبات الجامعية بولاية النيل الأبيض. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بشقيه المسحي ودراسة الحالة ، كما استعانت الباحثة بالمنهج الوثائقي التاريخي للوقوف على المصادر المكتوبة في هذا المجال. كذلك استخدمت الأسلوب الإحصائي الوصفي في تحليل بيانا ت الدراسة المسحية. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث : 1/ عدم اهتمام المكتبات عينة الدراسة بتطبيق المعايير الدولية. 2/ معظم العاملين بالمكتبات عينة الدراسة غير متخصصين في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات. 3/ الأثاثات المتوفرة بالمكتبات عينة الدراسة لا تتناسب مع عدد المستفيدين. 4/ لا توجد في المكتبات عينة الدراسة سياسة واضحة لتبادل مصادر المعلومات مع المؤسسات الأخرى. 5/ غياب التقنية في معظم هذه المكتبات. 6/ عدم وجود ميزانية منفصلة وثابتة لهذه المكتبات. ومن ابرز التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث : 1/ الاهتمام بتطبيق المعايير الدولية في المكتبات عينة الدراسة. 2/ ضرورة تعيين عاملين متخصصين بالمكتبات عينة الدراسة في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات وتأهيلهم وتدريبهم. 3/ ضرورة تصميم مباني قابلة للتوسعة مستقبلا في هذه المكتبات. 4/ الإهتمام بتطبيق التقنية في المكتبات عينة الدراسة. 5/ ضرورة توفير ميزانية ثابتة لهذه المكتبات. This research aims to identifying the criterion and the techniques that are utilized at the universities libraries , the international institutions, the unions that concern the criterion of the universities libraries, and to fours on the Arab Libraries and Information union and to refer to the weakness and imperfection of applying these criterion at the university libraries in White Nile universities. The both of the descriptive method sections were adopted ; the survey and the case study. The researcher used the documented historical method to study the written resources. The descriptive statistic method was used to analyze the surveys’ study data . The most important findings are : 1- The stady samble libary don’t apply the international criterion. 2- Most of teachers at stady samble libraries do not specialized in libraries and information 3- The barratries haven’t enough furniture to suite the numbers of utilizes. 4- The stady samble libraries donor have a clear policy of information source exchanging with other institutions. 5- The majority of the libraries ignore using technology. 6- There is no specific and static budget for the libraries. The most important recommendations are : 1- The application of international criterion must be concerned, 2- Specialized workers should be employed in the school libraries in the field of libraries and information and should be trained and qualified. 3- Building that can be extended in future time should be established in these libraries. 4- The technology should be applied in the school libraries. 5- A static budget should be determined for the school libraries.
