WHO has been propagating the use of Intermittent propagating supervised treatment for all cases including children with tuberculosis . we do the study to evaluate the efficacy of intermittent TB chemotherapy to daily short course in Kosti teaching hospital – White Nile State  . total of 275 patient males were 55 % and females were females . most of tuberculous are young 63 % of males and 72.5 % of females were 45 years old of age the study revealed at 29% of males are cigarettes smokers and 7.9 % are SHISHA ( water pipe ) smokers .
